Using generative algorithms to define forms and shapes in the design-process is an unbelievably creative and liberating experience once you realize it’s potential.

This set of illustrations resulted from my experiments on getting a more tight control over dynamic shape-aggregations using Processing. The basic goal I set for myself was to come up with a generative system that would allow me to quickly create dynamic shape-variations that were independent of each other in terms of position, size and additional animation-parameters but also shared a single point of connection across all iterations.

Ready to explore more creative coding-based explorations for brands, flexible visual system and dynamic identities like this? This idea is part of my ever-growing archive of explorations that focuses on visual, technical and narrative-driven territories using Generative Design and Creative Coding in the fields of communictions design and branding.
